What is turf99?+
turf99 is a sports-ground discovery and booking platform in development. It is being built for players, venue owners and ground staff.
Can I make a paid booking today?+
No. The current website is prelaunch. Online bookings and payments are not open. Any sample venues, prices or availability are illustrative.
Which sports will be available?+
The planned categories are cricket, football, badminton, tennis, basketball and pickleball. Actual availability will depend on participating venues.
Where will turf99 launch?+
Launch locations are being finalised. The sample catalogue currently uses Jaipur for demonstration; it is not a statement of live venue coverage.
How will payments work?+
Razorpay is the planned payment provider. Final prices, payment amounts and cancellation terms will be shown before a live booking is confirmed.
Can I list my venue?+
Venue owners can use the partner page to learn about the planned tools and prepare an enquiry once our published support email is available.
Where can I download the app?+
Android and iPhone apps are in development. The App page will contain official download links after release.
How do cancellations and refunds work?+
There are no live paid bookings yet. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the current status. Final live-service rules will be displayed before payment.
How do I raise a privacy request?+
Use the support/privacy contact published on the Privacy Policy and Contact pages. The final business details must be completed before approval submissions.
